Again we can't tell - maybe there are publications exist that tell us the structure(s) of chlorogenic acid. If not then it's back to the lab, extract the compounds and analyse the structres by NMR, IR, mass spec., and elemental analysis. BUT - they should have the same backbone if they are different in some ways (eg. different side chains.)
