有時我返學坐得耐同埋得閒冇野做(覺得條骨有點累同埋好緊時) 檸下都會聽到條腰骨拍拍聲 (當然唔係下下都拍拍聲) 我係成個人企直張成條腰咬向後面(90度)咁檸 我係咪骨質梳鬆定係我有病?但係我D fd咁檸都唔會有呢D問題發生既? 我係做開運動同gum既人 骨架係俾正常人重同大 (Body Check D人講俾我知既) 有冇人可以答到我呢條問題? 更新: 仲有牙我手揸同腳揸都可以整到拍拍聲 但係我日日都有飲牛奶同食鈣片架喎 同埋我檸完條腰骨之後覺得好舒服冇野蚊住咁

你的骨質無問題,只係姿勢唔係好正碓時,就會令肌肉把骨拉歪,你就會覺得條骨有點累同埋好緊,當你改變姿勢,檸下都會聽到條腰骨拍拍聲,回復正位.骨無移位,檸下係唔會有聲.所以平時多的注意姿勢[四平八穩]好重要.經常檸動會令骨關節不穩.

i've go tthis problem too...it's ok... don't worry about it... actually it is a good thing... that means that your bones are healthy and have enough calcium... so don't worry!!
